2020 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R

After the 2016 TransAmerica Trail trip, I sold my beloved "Katie" KTM 690 to a fellow ADV'r. I bounced around on a couple other bikes and finally went "all in" on a new KTM 1290SAR!! Amazingly, this 160HP BEAST is 30lbs LIGHTER than my previous BMW F850 and the suspension is 100X better. Weight distribution is the best I've ever felt on a big ADV big! Can't wait to get her kitted out and on the trails! She's being named "Big Kate", after her little sister...Lol
